Refund policy
We have a No return policy, which means you will not be able to request a return after receiving your item.
This is because our perfume-line are used on the skin. For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our perfume oils.
Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a scent or our return policy, feel free to contact us at oudnewzealand@gmail.com before placing your order — we're always happy to help you find the right one.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Send a photo of defective or damaged goods at oudnewzealand@gmail.com or Oud.nz on instagram and a plan will be formulated.
Exchanges
No exchange policy with our oil perfume lines + bukhoor products.
14 day exchange policy for all the other products.
Refund Policy
A refund policy can be in place when products are damaged or defective (ex: leaky bottles, broken glass) - This will be within the discretion of Oud NZ.
Only applies during the 14 day period of your purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
